D'Arcy Humble Carr will never sell or share your personal or private information that is gathered on/through this website or other means such as registering for webinars, etc. This information includes, but is not limited to: name, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and banking information. We never collect or capture any personal or private information without your knowledge.

As a client, you agree to allow your stories to be shared anonymously through public formats such as books, websites, blogs, videos, etc. Your names and identifying details will be modified to maintain your anonymity.  Written stories may be included in brochures, websites, articles, blogs or other media suitable for written content.

For teaching purposes, general descriptions of PSYCH-K® and/or intuitive mediumship sessions may be used in a manner that specific details are masked so that the identity of the person cannot be ascertained. If you prefer your stories not be shared, please make a request in writing by email so it may be noted and respected.

If you decide to provide a Video and/or Audio File testimonial. it may be shared publicly in all viewing/audio formats including, but not limited to, Webinars, Websites, YouTube, Vimeo, In-person viewing, or other video/audio sharing methods. Because these methods will show your image and/or your voice we make no guarantee, nor warrant who will or will not have access to your video/audio file. Software available in the market place makes it possible for video/audio information to be dubbed, spliced, or used without our knowledge or permission. Therefore, use of any video/audio files will be posted/shared only with your express permission in writing.
